no consent for life cover and deductions

On Monday 2 December I wrote my concern here, asking immediate action. On Monday the 9th I still don't have action.

My query was the fact that I have life cover taken out in my name with monthly deductions, linked to a mortgage loan I never took up. And I have no recollection to consent to life cover, as I have life cover, and don't have the mortgage loan.

I asked specific questions here, and to a consultant online:

*Proof of me consenting to life cover *Proof of me consenting to deduction from my bank account *Cancellation of life cover and repayment of all deductions irregularly made

I did not receive any feedback until I now received a mail, signed by the COO, cancelling my life cover because of non-payment.

This is ludicrous because my non-payment had to do with my query. And my query is not answered. I still need to know how deductions were made and life cover arranged without my knowledge.

Will someone contact me urgently to address this matter.
