Never ever use Betterlife as Building Insurance
Zero email communications back from Betterlife whatsover, no updated policy plan in 5 years. Absolutely terrible when comes to dealing with claims but quick to deduct money each month.

14 Jan 2022, 19:23The reason why I am emailing is due to the fact that I am out of the country offs**** on a drilling rig and can not be contacted via mobile. So if they use the email address provided they will always be able to get in contact with me.
