More like Worse4SURE - pathetic service

This company doesn't event deserve one star. When buying a property last June (yes - 6 months ago) - we had to take out an insurance policy for our bond. Since we had brilliant service with betterBond - we thought betterSure would be the same. It SURELY isn't!! Six months after the initial back and forth of discrepancies on the phone, I was told that I need to request phone call recording and find the problem. I'm sorry, but it's not my job to find your company's errors. Secondly, due to the inconsistencies I never actually agreed to the policy. Now suddenly in January I get incessant text messages saying that my policy payment hasn't gone off. Well of course it hasn't, I never agreed to it. When I asked the consultant on the phone about this - he said it was because I cancelled the debit order online or because there weren't sufficient funds in my acc. Neither of the above instances are true. On inspection of my statement history, the policy payment has NEVER gone off. Now suddenly I'm being told that I owe money, for a policy I never agreed to.

Whenever I asked a simple question, the consultant bombarded me with legal jargon and complicated processes. It's simple, I never cleared the policy and therefore I don't want it. I am not entrusting my life policy to company that can't even get simple admin correct.
