Misrepresentation and refusal to cancel my cover

I was called by the BetterLife sales consultant, claiming that Standardbank had sent them to give me this policy as they would not be able to register my bond without the cover. I was called by stdbank to finalise my details and they had no knowledge of BetterLife, so now I have two covers of the same thing that I do not have money for. I have also requested for the recording of the call when the sales consultant initially spoke to me, BetterLife is sending me from one department to the other. I want to cancel the Lifecover. BetterLife is holding on to it for dear life, If it's donations you are looking for, then say so because you prices are way too much and you are dishonest, I would never have any insurances with BetterLife.
