Misrepresantation

In 2012 I bought my property using FNB home loans, I later received a call from a better bond consultant advising me that I should take a policy with them acting on behalf of FNB, according to the telephone recording the consultant misrepresent themselves as they are from FNB insurance. during the telephone call they had all the information including my banking details and they advised me about the process of my bond (false misrepresentation). when I contacted their office they advised me that the sale was valid as the consultant did advise that she was from better life. I referred the matter to the ombudsman and they are not subscribing members now the matter will be referred to the FSB with the telephone recording included. I now have two insurance covering me for the same product. fnb and better life. I want better life insurance to refund all the money they took from my account including the interest. I have a bond and insurance with FNB. while the FSB is looking into the matter.
