Misleading ****** who are trying to find strategies not to pay q claim. ******!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM

If I could give them a zero, I would. They deserve a negative even. They are the worst home insurance company I've had to deal with. I lodged a claim after having plumbing issues and I was told to look for an independent plumber as theirs were unavailable to assist. I did that, when they are supposed to pay the plumber they are sending me pillar to post, claiming they'll pay 1k. That doesn't even cover a call out fee, *** do you call that? They are coming up with different strategies not to pay the claim. They are misleading and ******
