I wanted assistance with errors on my WILL, I called Bettersure to cancel my WILL because I’ve send several texts on WhatsApp requesting an appointment with their consultants. Decided to call their offices to cancel because they never called me even though they told me they scheduled an appointment for me. I was disappointed and sad but already concluded in my mind that I’m cancelling as I was thinking for my family now that since I’m alive and waiting for a call what will happen after I passed away? I want them to grieve with no worries. To cut my story Marlon Petersen called after he asked to contact me at 12:30 through their WhatsApp channel and he resolved the errors on my WILL and further explained curtained clauses which I did not understand. I was happy I did not cancel.
