LONG TIME TO GET A POLICY SCHEDULE
I REQUESTED A POLICY SCHEDULE ON 03 JUNE 2019 BUT I RECIEVED THE DOCUMENTS ON 12 DECEMBER 2019.WHAT IF IT WAS A DEATH CLAIM?
YOU SENT EMAIL NO ONE WILL RESPOND.YESTERDAY I SEND A LETTER REQUESTING TO CANCELL THE POLICY BUT UP UNTIL NOW THERE IS NO RESPONSE.YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS.
DECIDED TO CANCELL THE POLICY BECAUSE IT TOOK YOU A LONG TIME JUST TO PROVIDE ME WITH A POLICY SCHUDE.
