Lloyd Mokgwasa and 4Sure group- one of the good guys in an otherwise dubious industry.

Lloyd Mokgwasa took over my claim after a property of mines had been broken into. After a series of events, unfortunately the claim assessor who had helped me had his car broken into and had unfortunately lost some of what was needed to process my claim. This was when I had come into contact with Lloyd. He was professional and helpful every step of the way even though he had inherited a case with some communication missing.

I take my hat off to him for the great service. He had the best contractors appointed who went over and above the work they were meant to do and actually helped me a lot on the property well beyond the standard repairs needed. Lloyd also ensure every invoice I had personally paid for damages to be repaired was refunded back to me and made sure to do it all quickly and efficiently.

After multiple emails back and forth and many helpful calls from Lloyd I can vouch that you're in good hands with Lloyd as the team leader in the 4sure group. Everything was picked up, and I was astounded to have the best experience I have ever had in the insurance industry all thanks to him.

My property is now fully repaired (from electrical being redone, painting and plumbing as well as even a bit of construction). Everything that was ****** has been paid for and I will never move to another insurance company. I moved back to Bettersure after FNB insurance had given me the run around even after being escalated to the ombudsman.

My tip- don't move for eBucks. getting ebucks in exchange for none of your claims being paid doesn't make sense. rather stick with the 4Sure group- I left them once to move to FNB and I will never make that mistake ever again thanks to Lloyd and his team.
