Lies and terrible service
I had a policy with Bettersure, paying for over 9 years, now that I need to make a claim, they tell me Im actually insured by auto and general, but I’m paying this company. Both are giving me the absolute run around, not interested in helping in any way. I’ll definitely be cancelling any policy I have with Bettersure.

Yea that is the problem, I've had a policy with you for 9 years and this is the first I've ever heard of having a policy with A&G now that I need to claim. A&G are useless and you just rug-pulled my insurance, surely that is *******?
