Kutlwano Mmutle needs a promotion

The ONLY reason I'm giving BetterSure a 5 star review is because they hired Kutlwano Mmutle. I logged a claim on Sunday for my geyser, but got nowhere until I spoke to Kutlwano. He understood my frustrations and my concerns and I can honestly say he did everything to ensure that Bettersure didn't lose a customer. He called me back out of his own to follow up constantly, he called service providers himself and made it his duty to get my claim resolved asap. Everything has been sorted now and I won't be cancelling with Bettersure. Please give him some acknowledgement, Bettersure. He DEFINITELY needs to be training some of your other agents.
