Kudos Kutlwano Mmutle
Putting through a claim on WhatsApp does not work. However when I did call in I was quickly assisted.
Kudos to Kutlwano Mmutle who (even when a was being difficult to deal with) kept his calm, professionalism and enthusiasm throughout my claim process.
He truly made the process stressless and was super supportive in providing all the information I asked for.
