*********** and terrible customer service

BetterSure Home Owner's Insurance is the worst insurance providers I've ever had to deal with. For a recent claim on our electric gate motor, the service provider they appointed gave terrible service. I had to call every day asking for an update, then when calling BetterSure they could not give me an update on what is happening provide a solution. I had to phone numerous times with no feedback as to the status of this claim, two weeks later after the incident. I'm definitely switching providers as this is the second incident with them and terrible customer service is the norm.
