Impossible to cancel policy

I have been trying to cancel my life cover policy for 2 weeks now, and I am always promised that a consultant will phone me within 24 hours, but this never happens. Terrible service. Essentially, I am forced to pay for a service that I do not want, which amounts to theft according to me. Please sort this out ASAP.
