I never agreed to taking a policy out

Hi I was debited this month for a Betterlife policy that I never agreed to. I assumed this was the lifer insurance from Absa but when I check my email they have sent me a policy wording. I never agreed to this policy and would like it cancelled and my premium refunded please. BPP **********
