I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have bond insurance with them, and after my husband was retrenched, I submitted a claim. I was told I would receive feedback within 48 hours — that never happened.

After waiting 5 days, I contacted them via WhatsApp to follow up. I was then told they had called me and that my husband’s previous employer had not responded to them. This was not true. After I personally confirmed with the employer, I received proof that they had in fact responded. I sent this proof to the insurer, and they then asked me to resend it again.

I am still waiting for feedback.

This experience has felt disorganised, dishonest, and incredibly stressful during an already difficult time. I truly feel like I am being taken advantage of.
