Household claim
Worst service provider ever did a surge claim from 18 October 2022 they offered me 5000 for items valued over 20000 they classified a bar fridge, TV, fish tank pumps and heaters etc as portable possessions I requested my initial call when I took out my insurance received nothing as yet. Looking at changing my insurance.
