Horrible service
I’ve made a claim on Thursday , service provider came on Friday and 5 days later despite the various calls ( more than 6 calls in one day ) and emails , the claim still hasn’t been sorted . One consultation even hanged the call in ears . The worst claim experience ever ! No one seems to care or follow up !

27 Oct 2022, 19:32Your team needs more people like Zimkhitha Skade . Very friendly in the phone and keeps to her promises , genuinely does follow ups . She sorted my issue out in a manner that a customer wants to be sorted . If it wasn’t for her I would have cancelled my insurance with you guys .
