Hopeless case with Bettersure

For me one star feels like to much, we have been with BetterSure from May 2024. We have Wooden doors in our sunroom and with all the rain that we had from December it showed leakes inside the room. We inform the company about the leaking in the sunroom. The leaking doors is efficienting the laminated flooring as well as the door itself. We have email, called and WhatsApp the company and all we response that we received was that the case is with the underwriters. It has almost been 4 months and we are still waiting. We pay the account every month and yet we are getting no response.
