I put a claim in around July 2022 for dampness. The assessor who was actually just a “builder” came had no clue what his looking for took photos and days later my claim was rejected due to lack of maintenance mind you by then we had just bought the house 6 months ago. Up until today I’ve been waiting for my rejected letter which according to them is still with the underwriters, so I’m other words it’s going for 5 months and still with underwriters? What bull is that?!! And only then can I take it further with them. 5 months and still nothing!!!! I’m utterly disappointed with their services yet it’s easy for them to take my money every month. I’m going to change my insurance because this is not on. It’s blady ridiculous man!!!
