I will never ever make the mistake of falling for your **** ever again, this business is a ****.

It's no better than the Banks that have de*****ed hard working South Africans of their hard earned money.

I made a claim on my gyser the 2nd of November 2023. After 4 weeks of not getting any help and then proceeded to come to this platform and vent my frustrations. Immediately after posting on the 20th of November 2923, I got a call from you and we proceeded to make arrangements of payment, I was sent a AOL and i returned it the very same day. I was then asked to delete my post on this platform, only now do I realise that it was to save your own face and image to the public. Yesterday I got no response to my emails..today I've been told that my AOL was not received and my claim was under review.

I writing this notice now to tell you that whatever decision you make whether it's in my favour or not, I will not continue with your insurance, you are a **** of a business.

I hope this message reaches every South African far and wide to never ever consider taking anything up with you.
