Funeral policy ****

Betterlife insurance fail to respond with regard to my cash back enquiry they requested my payslip and bank statement but I am not getting any response from them. I have been calling them but they always says they will ask the funeral policy department to get back to me. I fell like I am ****med. I would like to cancel this funeral policy.
