My claim was approved and was supposed to have been paid within 2 - 5 business dyas. It took much longer than that (that's why I give 4 starts).

Thanks to Ben Mokgatle, I am going to remain a BetterSure Cleint. He went out of his way to figure out what the issue was. I give him 5 stars!
