Fail to process claim
I submitted the retrenchment claim, I have been told to submit bank statement for June, July and August 2020. Who on earth have advanced statements?? I am currently surfering meanwhile they have excuse to process my claim. Why should I wait over 3 months for claim to be processed?? As it stands I fail to buy food because they don't want to process my claim.
