Excuse of an Insurance company!!

This is absolutely the worst insurance company that exists! In March I logged a claim for water damage due to excessive rainfall. After the claim was logged, quote and report from service provider was sent in and acknowledged, they said they are going to send out an internal assessor. After a struggle to get the assessor at my house the assessor sent in his report. A few days later I phoned in and found out that the entire quote wont be paid out, only a x amount will be paid out. After a week or two I phoned again, and all of a sudden my claim is rejected, next day it’s approved again! I wil NOT recommend this excuse of an insurance company to anyone! All they are good for is promises, service and delivery is not in their dictionary! STEER CLEAR!!!
