Dorothy Smith ... bettersure

I had a bad encounter with bettersure until I spoke to DOROTHY SMIT from bettersure insurance. This lady went out of her way to help. This 5 stars that I rated is not for bettersure it's for Dorothy Smith ... what a wonderful lady that gave me her word and stuck to it. I would recommend all people who's having problems with bettersure not to give up as they are a good insurance company but to also call and ask for Dorothy Smit ...remember theres also people who in a company and get paid for doing nothing we see it everyday but this lady deserves to be on a higher position.
