DON'T TAKE BETTER SURE

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! It's a pity i can't give a zero. There was a storm and there winds blew my tree and it fell, i call bette6and the lady explains that it be home assist and a service provider will be sent to assest (that was Friday) the guy called and said it was short notice so they'll come Monday, which he did. He assessed and then said bettersure will be in contact, and they never did call me back until i call them. The second lady says no this wasn't supposed to put it under home assist i must put a claim and pay an my excess which is R2000, ill be covered for work upto R2000 and if it exceeds ill pay more. I thought about and called back a day later for explanation and the third person say no this is registered under home and it is correct they're sending someone to assist, farstward a few days later and no one had come so i called again and guess what, im being told no home assist doesn't rwmove tree that have fallen over, they only remove tree that may be a danger to us so i shouldn't claim under home assist...like WHAT THE FLYING F is going on?

Im stuck with a tree and the people who work there don't know what is what, i was sent to the policy people to explain how it works, and guess what the lady i got the said claims should be the ones assisting me.

Oh as a side note, bettersure decided to split my premium instead of collecting the amount in full, they collected a 100 and then another 100 and another amount which then increases the money i must pay for debit orders.

I WOULDN'T advise anyone to go with bettersure that's for sure
