Dont take a Bettersure Product

Bettersure is to no surprise THE WORST insurance company there. it seems to not surprise either when a claim is done that it is rejected after 2 months of promises that our specific situation would be sorted. till date I have not received any communication on the rejection and BETTERSURE still takes money from me each and every month. over the past years i have referred hundreds of my own clients to BETTERSURE as i am in the property finance sector and i WILL PROMISE TO NEVER disappointment my clients with that information again. Staff at the call center is rude and refuse to try assist a person to get answers and can also not explain the delay either. the call center agent also says to me while that's what you covered for after i was advised by A BETTERSURE AGENT when taking the product its the best for me when i PURCHASED my home.
