DONT EVER GO WITH BETTERSURE!!!!!!

I am super annoyed 😒 this is my second review after the first I quickly got a call lady by the name of Sylvia called said she's on it even I need anything I must just email right a guy comes out chop a piece of tile this on a Friday he Says he will be back in the week two weeks pass nothing I send Sylvia an email no reply my children's chests are in horrible conditions I am spending extra on electricity as my house is cold because of the hole they said no repairs were done nothing they keep saying the wall must dry its been 6 weeks it still hasn't dried I swear if no repairs are done I will be getting a private contractor and will be submitting the invoices straight to bettersure and thereafter cancel this **** of insurance.
