Dont even bother using them

I will never recommend this company. Spent a week calling multiple times a day for any update on a pressing matter regarding my roof. Eventually get a definitive response 4 days later where the man speaks to me like I'm a child and says he cannot give me an estimated time, it could take a week, it could take a month he doesn't know. Constantly talking over me and arguing with me when i just want a clear answer. Absolutely useless.
