Do not use Better Sure

This is the most unorganized company I have ever been with, my claim was submitted just shy of 1 month ago, To date 22/2/2024 not a single representative from this company has taken the time to call me or let me know about the status of my claim. No empathy from staff or team leaders, Every time I call in I waste 1hour on the line, somebody then promises to call me back and then nothing comes of it.
