DO NOT INSURE ANYTHING WITH BETTERSURE !! YOU WILL REGRET IT THEY ARE THE WORST!

I registered a home contents claim in December and I kid you not when i tell you that the claim has not yet been finalised. Firstly communication from BetterSure is the WORST EVER!! DO NOT EVER INSURE ANYTHING WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. Every time i follow up they will tell me it has been escalated to this person and i followed up again and i was told it has been escalated to the underwritters as they have to make the final decision and i followed up again this morning because as a client you need to follow up with them as No ONE bothers to give you an update and i have just been told that it has been escalated to a specialist!! Full 4 Months and the claim has not yet been finalised.
