Dishonest BETTERSURE

In November 2024 I purchased my first house through NEDBANK. Immediately after a consultant from Bettersure contacted me telling me that she was instated by NEDBANK to take down my details foe home insurance. I wasn't any wiser at the time so we went through every question and signed up. Right after tge conversation with the consultant I contacted my wife about this who then informed me that our home was already insured and did not need another insurer. So, I immediately phoned Bettersure where I spoke to a male consultant thrpugh whom I cancelled the so-called insurance contract. He assured me that the insurance contract was cancelled. I asked him why their debit order is still showing on my NEDBANK account to which he said that only NEDBANK can take that off my account as it iz their app. I went to NEDBANK who informed me that no, it is Bettersure's obligation to "cancell" their debit order from their side. This conversation went back and forth right tgrough December 2024 and now January 2025. Their debit ordee still shows in my NEDBANK account and Bettersure still want to deduct the cancelled installment.

When will companies in South Africa become honest for a chanfe?

I expect Bettersure to cancell their ridiculous false contract, pay back my money and delete their dishonest debit orders from my account, else tgey will be sued!
