Disappointed Customer
Bettersure has been a nightmare since I got retrenched, I have been getting insufficient information required from the insurance non the less I make means to fall up with them and still provide whats needed from me. I have not received bond payment even today since 18th of December 2024 , the communication is terrible they don’t answer calls or emails, their WhatsApp number response takes more than 6 hours with communication which is not even clear. Now the bank is on my case because I’m on areas due to the fact that Bettersure insurance is failing to make payment, when I was working they never missed a payment from me so now I find it very unfair that I need to be calling them every and emailing with no response. I find this company not professional. Will I recommend this insurance to any first time home buyers big NO
