Why is BetterSure Insurance steeling from poor people?

Better life insurance has been ********** deducting money from my mom’s bank account for the past 11 years(they deducted R344,70 since 1 November 2011).

They claim that she took bond insurance with them 2011 and there is an active cession on that product to an unknown account number at Standard bank.

My mom never held any account or bond account with Standard bank but now the cession has magically cancelled the moment they saw that we have noticed their ********** act in order for them to stop deductions.

We have tried to engage with Better life and Standard bank and they refuse to tell us the reasons of their deduction.

They can’t even produce any proof where my mom agreed taking the policy with them.

Subsequently, the don’t want to refund her all premiums that were ********** deducted from her account.

My mom is not well due to this issue since she is now in her sixties. She took this whole matter very deep because she worked for her money.

Why should we have to suffer for the refund. Why should we have to continue reporting ***** if no one is there to listen.
