difficulties in obtaining a ceded policy

<p>I requested betterlife to cede the policy to my fnb housing finance bond. I sent through the cession forms. the consultant is telling me i didn't complete the forms correctly. Remember i completed the forms before i received my policy. now I get a policy with no cession. I am leaving tomorrow afternoon, i need the policy to be amended by today. please. I have since sent the correct forms. I asked to speak to the supervisor at the call centre, i was told she is on training. The direct manager took long to come to the phone my airtime got finished. May i have the amended policy asap please.</p>
