DEDUCTED AFTER POLICY BEEN CANCELLED

A policy which i had never signed up to in the first place was deducted off my account,i had to wait 2 weeks for a refund , i was told my policy was cancelled..... begining of May i was deducted again for the policy! All i was told is that my refund will be processed,not giving me a date. today is the 12th, and i still have not been refunded. It really unacceptable for me to get thrown off budget 2 months in a row because of Betterlife mess ups!!! <br> I WOULD HATE TO THINK HOW I WOULD BE TREATED IF I WAS ACTUALLY A CLIENT OF BETTERLIFE.<br> <br> SERVICE SUCKS.
