Daylight ******* from Bettersure

Bettersure is the biggest **** in the insurance industry. Use them at your own risk. I had a water from the ceiling, an assessor was sent and he said it's a leak in the roof. I did some work on the roof trusting his assessment but the water leak continued despite there being no rain for 6 days. I reported this and requested for another assessment which did not come. I went into the ceiling myself and discovered a burst pipe, sent pictures and videos to them. They still continued to reject my claim without giving it a second thought. They are very pathetic especially Phumeza
