I initially logged a complaint regarding the call centre's pathetic service.<br> <br> However Johan managed to resolve my query in an efficient manner. Its a bad start to a long term relationship with Betterlife, but i sincerely hope there's more consultants of his calibre.<br> <br> Thanks to Johan Betterlife retained a client.
