CLAIMS DEPARTMENT NIGHTMARE.
The claims department is terrible. The communication is so frustrating. You never know who is handling your claim and its tedious having to follow up and keep calling the call center to get assistance.
My previous case handler just didn't bother to even respond to the multiple emails i kept sending. Honestly questing if i should even stay at Bettersure.
