Claims

I only see now how reviews are important, had I known, I would have never even looked at Better sure insurance. The have tormented us with ignoring his calls. We have followed all the necessary steps to make a claim but what they do is hang up the phone something they good at, it's been a full month. They had said they will get back to us, and than when we start making a follow up they said they wanted a report and prices to fix the fridge all of a sudden. The company asked that they call them back to explain about the condition of the fridge, They ignored our emails and hang up calls till today. I would never recommend it to anyone. They serious hell
