Claim obstruction

I am a cancer patient currently going through chemotherapy treatments. I have submitted two housing claims with this company which were never granted. I have now submitted a temporary disability claim which I was hoping would assist with my hospital bills. I have also submitted all the requested documents to Nondumiso Gumbi and I am now being stone walled because of something that is out of my control. This claim has now been in progress for three months which is not helping me in any way with my current situation.

This lack of care and service has forced me to alert other unsuspecting potential clients and current clients of the manner in which they conduct their business.

I have been paying every month without fail since I signed up with this company and that seemingly means nothing. This has also made me realize that even if I die there will be no assistance from these people. I am basically paying for nothing.
