Claim deemed invalid

BetterSure is the most horrible, disgusting and reap off home insurer to say the least. I had a tragic accident over the past weekend September 2nd 2022 of a storm that was alerted to Capetonians 9 other houses around my area had experience damages caused by the storm, the strong and heavy wind blew off my carport that fell on top of the roof of my house causing extensive damages to my roof, ceiling and bathroom as it was promised to me in black and white upon approving the cover that I would be covered for such incidents as storms aka “natural disasters”. However BetterSure is giving me a hassle with assisting me and providing me with the services that they said I will be offered in such case, but by all means necessary I will be taking it upon myself to not leave this whole issue lying down. I’m going to take all the further actions that I need, by involving short term and financial ombudsman, contacting media reports houses, sharing the experience on all social media platforms and appointing an attorney on my behalf just to my issue rectified for me to get what I’ve been paying for on a monthly basis. From this cheap ******** home insurance cover company. I wouldn’t recommend BetterSure to anyone from this experience that I received.
