Causing damage to ITC for a paying customer

Better life is offers poor service to its customers and I am one the unfortunate clients to deal with such

One they are debitting my account on the wrong day and causing unwanted non payments and as a result effecting my ITC and when called regarding the matter the *********** advisors can't even assist. So better life isn't Better at nothing but creating unnecessary bad remarks from customers. They don't care about customer service
