Cannot cancel Poilicy: Hands are tide

<p style="color: #555555;">I've decided to move on to another insure service provider and have been struggling for two months to get my policy cancelled. &nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">First Attempt:</p> <p style="color: #555555;">My financial advisor first contacted Betterlife telephonically. &nbsp;Betterlife responded by confirming that they will contact me personally to get the policy cancelled. &nbsp;Up until today, I've only received the intial acceptance of member email. &nbsp;I didn't receive any call from them.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">Second Attempt:</p> <p style="color: #555555;">I phoned Betterlife, and eventually spoke to a guy who stated I need to contact the retention deparment, cause he was not empowered to cancel my policy telephonically</p> <p style="color: #555555;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">Third Attempt:</p> <p style="color: #555555;">I've emailed Betterlife's initial sender email address, as I could not find the retention department's email address...up until today, which is 2.5 months later, Betterlife is still deducting the full monthly cost directly from my account.&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">Nobody is getting back to me, and I really don't have time for this.&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: #555555;">&nbsp;</p>
