Cancellation of policy

This Company has got the WORST Customer service ever!!!! I have been trying to cancel this stupid life cover policy they bul**** us into taking. <br> <br> Signed up for bond and they decided that the policy is mandatory, however its not! I have been trying to cancel since January 2015 and its now the 25th of MAY 2015. Just got off the phone again with one of the many consultants I have spoken to. I am not sure that they communicate or get training for that matter, each agent I spoke to to is telling me a different story. <br> <br> Cancellation takes 72hrs, 7 days and now today it takes 10 days... not sure which one it is. I have asked to speak to a manager and yet they NEVER available! <br> <br> I'm Supposed to call back next week again! (gave up hope already) as pending cancellation! will phone again next week and see what excuse they have this time..<br> <br> WASTE OF TIME!!! <br> <br> <br>
