cancellation of policy

hello peter.<br> i took the life cover for the bond with betterlife and it will start in december, i want to cancell it as i cannot afford it due to some financial problems. ive been calling them since monday and the transfer me from 1 dept to another but still not done. please assist me. i phoned this morning and spoke to Phumeza and she said she will transfer the call but drop it.
