Cancellation of Building Insurance

Good Day Hellopeter,

I need assistance with cancelling my building policy ( ********** 01) or insurance with better life every time l contacted them they say their consultants are currently busy.

I have called them last week and today as well and they are still saying their consultants are busy their service is terrible and I am also thinking of cancelling my other insurance policy as l have with them.
