cancellation

We have signed up for a house in July 2015 the house was still under development..we got a call from from betterlife persisting that we take there mortgage insurance which they forced us to.<br> we've been calling since to cancel the insurance nothing is done. They send emails attached with other people's feedback which we did not ask. We spoke to different consults 1min the papers are in processing nt they can't find the papers I've been emailing faxing calling etc and nothing is done..<br> I am very angry at this group as they are not professional and how can people's signef up in such a group. .we wanted cancellation after deducting our money they send us a contract.we call they send us other papers but keep deducting and we nt in the house yet..very angry
