Cancelation : Mission Impossible
Seems like canceling your policy is impossible. Emailed my request to cancel more than 5 times. Only Crickets! Funny story is three years ago when I bought the property I found out two companies where both saying they are calling on behalf of STD bank. One of these was bettersure, when the second company called who was actually STD bank I realised I took out insurance with a company which I thought was STD bank. The consultant of standard bank confirmed that I did not infact had a policy with STD bank. I took out the actual STD insurance and He assisted me by emailing bettersure with me in CC to cancel the policy to avoid me paying double for the same insurance. Anyways It never was canceled and here we are today. Not shocked at the poor level of service received by bettersure cancelations department. This is the last hope before I will be forced to go the legal route.
